He spoke clearly and offered me a variety of choices having listened to my very specific needs of what I needed from a vehicle. When collecting the vehicle the experience was fantastic. Paul took plenty of time explaining how the new vehicle worked and what I could expect from it. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and made the whole experience of purchasing a new secondhand car extremely enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in going back to see Paul for a further Car should I ever need one. Overall the whole experience was fantastic and this was down to the surface I received from Paul Bywater and the whole team

Answered all my questions and emails swiftly, provided all documents… he was very easy and genuine to deal with and made me feel secure in my purchase and well looked after. I travelled all the way from London to purchase a particular car because I felt trust in the dealership in general and in the salesperson Ben. No hard sell, just honest personable discussion. Almost instant replies to my emails and calls. I cannot fault my dealings with them at all. I would definitely return again… even though I live 100+ miles away.
