My experience at Johnsons Ford Tamworth was positive because I got the car at a price I was happy with, however I did notice a vibration noise after collecting the car so now has to go back after only having it just over a week so I’ll redo the survey once I’m happy the car is fixed
The staff at Johnsons Ford Tamworth were good because Norman was very polite and friendly. He answered all of our questions and explained things so that we could understand. He was not pushy at all and showed patience and gave us time to make decisions. If all of the staff at Johnsons are as nice and helpful as Norman I would definitely reccomend Johnsons for your next Ford purchase.
